The 11 taoisigh paintings were bought for 250k in a bidding war no less in 2007 by Louis Fitzgerald for his hotel see here for article from Irish Daily Mirror re saleThey are on display in the Louis Fitzgerald Hotel in Clondalkin. I hear that Louis has commissioned a Cowen subsequently to join them

According to the same Irish Daily Mirror piece, quoth Louis Fitzgerald on the Kunttel subjects: 

“they were all great men”
